Integra

Integra · Make your business work as one

Your business, connected. Your next move, clearer.

Integra connects the software your company already runs — scheduling, payroll, accounting, email, your bank — then answers questions about the business, prepares the repetitive work, and waits for one of your people to approve anything that matters.

  • Keep the software you already use
  • No build fee
  • Nothing important happens without approval

Ask Integra

Say what you want done. Integra does the work and shows its evidence.

No settings screens for ordinary work. Ask a question, or give an instruction, and Integra goes to the systems that hold the answer — then tells you where every number came from.

Business Advisor

Your company has a lot of data. Integra makes sense of it.

Once your systems are connected, you can ask the question owners actually care about — what should I be looking at? — and get an answer built from your own numbers rather than generic advice.

01

Labour costs are outgrowing revenue

Payroll rose 9.4% while revenue rose 4.1% over the same period. Overtime accounts for most of the difference.

Source: DK invoices + Payday payroll · August–September · verified

02

Money is sitting in receivables

Invoices unpaid past 30 days increased 18%. Seven invoices from three customers account for most of it.

Source: DK receivables · verified · collection emails can be prepared

03

Your team spent 42 hours preparing invoices

Most of that work follows the same rules every week, which makes it a candidate for automation rather than another hire.

Source: Connecteam hours + Integra workflow log · estimate, method shown

Integra separates what it verified from what it calculated and what it inferred, and it names the source for each. If a number cannot be traced to one of your systems, it says so instead of producing one. Analysis and suggestions, not regulated financial, legal or tax advice.

Integra Inbox

A customer writes. The answer is already looked up.

Integra reads the message, works out who is asking, checks your systems for the facts, and drafts the replies — in the language the customer wrote in. Your employee reads and sends.

"Hi, can I move my airport pickup to Sunday instead of Saturday?"

  • Identified Mr Johnson from the sender address
  • Booking #4821 retrieved: pickup Saturday 14:30, flight FI123
  • Driver Jón unavailable Sunday; Anna is free at 14:30
  • Premium package includes the transfer — no charge to add

Your booking system is connected read-only, so Integra cannot move the booking itself. It prepared everything needed and says so plainly — rather than claiming a change it did not make.

Draft 1 · to the customerApprove & send

Dear Mr Johnson,

Yes — we can move your airport pickup to Sunday at 14:30. Your driver will be Anna, and the transfer remains included in your package.

Kind regards,
Reservations

Draft 2 · to the guideApprove & send

Hi Anna,

Can you take an airport pickup Sunday 14:30, Mr Johnson, flight FI123? Jón is not available and the guest has asked to move from Saturday.

What we automate

The work you're paying people to do that software can handle.

People

  • Rosters built against rest rules, hour limits and leave
  • Hours checked against pay before payroll runs
  • Contracts kept complete and up to date
  • Joiners and leavers set up across every system

Money

  • Invoices drafted from hours and services delivered
  • Cash position rebuilt from the bank every morning
  • Unpaid invoices surfaced before they age
  • The reports the owner actually reads

Customers

  • Replies drafted with the booking already looked up
  • Changes checked against staff and availability
  • Repeat questions answered from your own documents
  • Follow-ups that never get forgotten

Built for companies that run on shifts and bookings: care providers, hotels, cleaning and security firms, and tour operators.

Connected systems

Keep everything you have already bought.

Integra sits above your systems and makes them work together. Your accounting system stays your accounting system; your payroll system stays your payroll system. Integra tells you exactly what it can read and what it is allowed to change.

ConnecteamDKPaydayGoogle Workspace Microsoft 365Your CRMBank feedsSignet e-signature

A system with a read-only connection is still worth connecting.

Integra can retrieve from it, answer with it, and prepare the work around it — and it will say plainly when a change has to be made by a person.

You stay in control

The work doesn't need a person. Checking it does.

Nothing is sent, paid or changed until someone at your company approves it.

  1. 1 · SystemNotices something: a shift is uncovered, hours don't match pay, a guest asks for a change
  2. 2 · SystemWorks out what should happen, using your own rules
  3. 3 · SystemPrepares the roster, the correction, the invoice or the reply
  4. 4 · Your peopleApprove it. Then it happens, and it's logged.

This is capacity freed, not cash saved. It becomes money only when the next hire isn't needed, overtime drops, or people move to work that earns — we don't claim a payroll reduction you haven't made. An estimate, not a promise: we measure your real hours before we start and agree them in writing. A full-time office position is 144 hours a month.

How it works

Connect. Ask. Approve. Automate.

1 · Connect

Your systems, authorised by you

You connect the software you already use. Credentials go straight into encrypted storage — we never hold them, and Integra shows exactly what it can read and change.

We measure your hours first · free

2 · Ask

Questions and instructions

Ask what is happening in the business, or tell Integra what you want done. It gathers the data, does the work, and shows the evidence behind it.

No build fee · included in the monthly price

3 · Approve

Your people decide

Everything consequential arrives as a proposed action with its sources attached. Approve, edit or reject. Then it happens, and it is logged.

Nothing sent or paid without approval

4 · Automate

Repeated work becomes a workflow

When the same job runs every week, it becomes scheduled — with the approval step kept where the risk is, and removed where it isn't.

Why Integra exists

Built from a real operating problem.

Integra's founder runs a company with more than fifty employees. As it grew, so did the office work: complex pay calculations, round-the-clock rostering, staff contracts, billing, and dozens of monthly tasks that had to be right every time.

The software on the market couldn't handle the way the business actually worked, and a young company's budget didn't allow for hiring more people to fill the gaps. So he built the systems himself, around the software the company already used.

The result was significant savings in administrative work, and people who could spend their time where it mattered more.

Companies shouldn't have to choose between expensive custom software and a growing office payroll. Integra brings the same systems to yours.

Built for a company of more than fifty people. Designed for yours.
